Businesses that achieve the Best Place for Working Parents® designation through the online self-assessment instantaneously receive digital badging and PR messaging in order for them to tout and display their designation via their website, on social media, on window decals, and/or in print.
Today, the designation is offered to businesses in our activated regions across the country. Business outside our National Network of BP4WP Regions will be able to earn the designation beginning in the Fall of 2026.

There are a multitude of ways every sized business can gain the designation, so there are not any “must have” policies but rather multiple pathways to earning the designation based on how many employees a company has.
What happens if I don’t qualify for a Best Place for Working Parents® designation?
Your dashboard of results is completely confidential and only accessible to you and the Best Place for Working Parents® team.
You are able to take the self-assessment multiple times in one year, so as policies shift or change, you are able to re-take the assessment to see if your business policy changes earn you the designation.
