WEST BEND — Country Maid Inc. has been named one of two recipients of the 2025 National Best Place for Working Parents Innovator Award presented by the Best Place for Working Parents.

The award honors organizations that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to creating a family friendly workplace through research-backed policies and practices.

Country Maid Inc. was recognized in the small business category for its comprehensive approach to supporting working parents and caregivers.

Country Maid Inc. offers a range of family-focused benefits, including paid parental leave, a program to support transitions before and after maternity leave, nursing benefits and a monetary bonus to help offset costs during a child’s first year.
